Push with your foot the red lever (5) down to
unlock; a click should be heard.

If tiller (8) lies on the seat, push it gently down till
it is locked; a click should be heard. Lift the tiller
to check whether it is properly locked.
2.6 First use and storage
CAUTION
• Never completely discharge the battery. When the scooter will be stored for a longer period,
first remove the battery and take maintenance into account during the storing period, see also
§3.6.
• Do not interrupt the charging cycle; only disconnect the battery charger when the battery is
fully charged.
• Make sure that your scooter is stored dry and indoors to prevent mould from growing and the
upholstery from being damaged. If necessary, use a protective cover.
• Check the technical details for storage, see chapter 6.
Ensure that the battery has been fully charged before using your scooter, ask your dealer if this
has already been done or not. To charge, follow the charging instructions in §3.6.

Fold backrest (1) against the seat.
Next turn tiller (8) towards the seat.

Lift the rear end of the scooter by the frame tube
(15) till the scooter lands on its front wheels (17).
The scooter is now ready to be pushed to a
storage location.
