3. Put the mixing bowl (Fig. 1, No 9) onto the base plate (Fig. 1, No. 14)
and lock it clockwise.
4. Fix the protective disc (Fig. 1, No. 15) to one of the mixing tools you
choose to use and lock the mixing tool into the machine.
5. Press the lever knob to move the swiveling arm down. Make sure the
arm is fixed together with the base and then the lever turns to the arm to
lock it firmly.
6. Plug-in the cord and then turn on the speed control button to test every
function for a few seconds respectively .
7. Kneading hook at Speed Setting 1-2 should be used to make heavy
dough like bred, short pastry or pasta. For medium to heavy dough such
as cake mixture please use mixing hook at Setting 3-4. In case of making
light dough like Crêpes-or custard turn on Setting 5-6. Use egg whisk to
make cream or egg whites or pudding at higher setting 5-6. Use the
appliance to make heavy dough for no longer than 5 minutes and then
keep it cool down for 5 minutes.
8. After the trial turn off the speed control knob at Speed "0".
9. Press the lever knob and move the swiveling arm up, then take apart
the mixing tool from the connector.
10. Take off the blender safety cover (Fig. 1, No. 21) from the upper
housing.
11. Set the mixing jar onto the machine and pure a cup of water into the
jar, and then repeats Step 4, 5 and 6.
12. You need only to lift the mixing jar up vertically to remove it, instead
of rotating it.
13. Take off the mixing jar from the mixer and set the blender safety
cover to the machine.

1.1 Assembly and operation of kneading machine
1. Cover the drive shaft of the mixing drive with the blender safety cover :
a) Insert the two hooks of the safety cover in the recesses on the
appliance.
b) Turn the cover in the direction of LOCK arrow and press the safety
cover down at the same time.
c) Release the cover. The safety cover is tightly attached to the appliance.
