The Auping warranty is valid in countries where Auping is officially represented.
Warranty and service may be refused for Auping products that are brought to
countries where Auping has no official representation.

Service

To complement the warranty period, a service period is also offered. This is the
minimum period during which service will still be extended for Auping products. Of
course, service can be extended for longer periods of time for products for which
this is possible. As opposed to warranty, which is provided free of charge or on the
basis of annual depreciation, service is provided on the basis of the prices as
included in the Auping service price list.
The service period for motors and electronics in the Royal spiral mesh base is
5 years. For motors, box springs and electronics of the Auping spiral mesh base or
box spring a 3 year service is offered. A service period of 3 years is applied for
mattresses. In the case of mattress toppers, the service period is 2 years. The
service period for bedsteads and accessories (with the exception of sheets) is
2 years.

Fabrics may discolour with time.
