11 Spare parts
No spare parts are available for the Wilo-Control AnaCon analogue interface
converter.
In the event of damage, the complete device must be replaced and the defective
unit returned to the manufacturer.

Causes/to be checked
Check whether the "off"
control contact on the AnaCon
is closed.
Check whether the control
contact "Ext. Off" at the pump
is open.
Wiring fault between pump
and AnaCon.
No mains voltage at the pump. Restore mains voltage.
Fault at the pump.
Communication between
AnaCon and pump defective
Solution
Open the "off" control contact
on the AnaCon.
Override "Ext. Off" at the pump.
Check cable.
Remedy fault.
• Check cable.
• Check IF-Module.
