SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

LEVEL OF TRAINING AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OF THE USER

All users must be properly trained and knowledgeable about how the machine
works and any residual risks present during its operation.
Users must be able to apply all the good practices in compliance with food
hygiene principles.
OPERATION

Even though the machine is provided with all the safety devices required to
eliminate possible risks for the User, there are still certain residual risks.
Such risks are related to machine parts that may pose a risk to users, if oper-
ated improperly, assessed or deactivated incorrectly, or because the prescrip-
tions contained in this Manual were circumvented.
The machine is also equipped with appropriate warnings placed on residual
risk areas, which must be scrupulously observed.
The following residual risks present when the machine is in operation and
being used, must be observed as they cannot be eliminated:
