2. Safety of use
CAUTION! Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow warnings and
instructions could result in serious injury or even death.

a)
Never run the engine in an enclosed area or one without adequate ventilation.
Engine exhaust contains carbon monoxide, a deadly gas that is odorless and
tasteless.
b)
Store fuel and oil in special containers designed for this purpose and keep them
away from heat, open flames and out of the reach of children.
c)
Replace the rubber fuel cables and inlets every 5 years or sooner if worn or
damaged.
d)
Fill the tank with gasoline outside with the engine turned off and completely
cooled down. Make sure there is no source of fire or explosion in the vicinity.
After refilling, reinstall the fuel cap.
e)
Do not start the engine if gasoline has been spilled in the vicinity. Remove the
unit from the leakage area and avoid any sources of fire until the gas vapors
have dispersed. Wipe up any spilled fuel to prevent a fire.
f)
Allow the engine to cool down completely before storing it. Do not store the
unit with the fuel tank full or in the vicinity of open flames or sparks such as
water heaters, heaters, dryers or stoves.
g)
Do not interfere with the construction of the device when the engine is
running. First, turn off the engine, disconnect the spark plug wire and keep it
away from the spark plug to prevent accidental start-up. Wait a few minutes
before making any changes.
h)
Do not change the settings of the engine speed regulator. The regulator
controls the maximum safe operating speed and protects the engine. Excessive
