obstruct the air inlet of the unit and the exhaust outlet of the engine. Keep the unit
away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean,
fireproof surface and out of the reach of children and persons with impaired mental,
sensory, and intellectual functions. The place of operation of the device should
provide easy access to the emergency shutdown lever of the device.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Check the material to be shredded and make sure that there is enough space above
the machine to load the material. It is recommended to choose a workplace as close
as possible to where the chips are to be used. This will reduce the need to carry the
processed material to a minimum.
Keep a safe distance from the chip discharge area. Make sure that all bystanders,
children, animals, or valuables are also kept at a safe distance from the chip
discharge area.
ASSEMBLY OF THE DEVICE
The machine is delivered partially assembled, i.e. with drive unit and shredding
mechanism on the frame. Additional assembly is required by a drawbar with a hook
for a car hook (A) with support (C), an adjustable outlet (E), a hopper (G), an axle
with wheels (H) and a box located under the hopper on the machine frame (see the
following picture). These elements should be screwed in their place using the
attached bolts and nuts, starting from the axle with the wheels. Before first use,
check the tightness of all screws.
When installing the hopper (G), remember to connect the plug coming from the
hopper to the emergency stop lever (F) - see the picture below:
