What should I do if a problem occurs?
Please contact your dealer and have the following information ready:
- Invoice number and serial number (the serial number is indicated on the rating plate).
• Potentially a photo of the defective part.
The service technician will be able to better determine what the problem is if you describe it as
precisely as possible. faults! The more detailed you are, the faster they can help you!
NOTE: Never open the device without consulting customer service. This can lead to loss of warranty!
