EXPULSIÓN

1. OBJETIVO
Demostrar la no existencia de fugas en los filtros
absolutos de extracción.
2. ALCANCE

3. HERRAMIENTAS
•
Generador de aerosol frío o caliente.
Aceite de ATI PAO-4, Shell Ondina o Emery
3004.
Fotómetro (ATI 2H).
4. METODOLOGÍA
Introducir humo mediante el generador en la zona
de trabajo (Figura 1). Concentración en cabina
normalmente entre 30-70µg/l.
Poner en marcha el fotómetro y ajustarlo para
las medidas de acuerdo con las instrucciones
del fabricante (Figura 2)

Con la boquilla de la sonda aproximadamente a
2,5 cm de la superficie, escanear la parte
superior de los filtros HEPA, pasando la sonda
del fotómetro sobre la superficie entera.

4. METHODOLOGY
Introduce fume by the generator in the working
area (Figure 1). Concentration in cabinet usually
within 30-70µg/l.
Turn on the photometer and adjust it for
measurements
