TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The glass-ceramic induction hob, referred to
from now on as "the appliance", is designed and
manufactured for indirect cooking of foods
within the professional catering sector (for ex-
ample: in restaurants' kitchens, canteens, hospi-
tals, and in business activities such as bakeries,

Main parts
Hob: it is made of glass-ceramics.

Cooking zone : consists of an induction

module which transmits heat to the glass-ce-
ramic hob.
Control knob: turns the cooking zone on

and off and adjusts it.
Green indicator light:

– On: the relevant cooking zone is on.
– Flashing: see table of faults
Red indicator light: there are malfunctions

version).
