USE AND OPERATION
Switching on the appliance
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Connect the appliance to the mains power

supply using the master switch-disconnector.
Turn the knob (A) clockwise (pos. 1) to turn on

the cooking zone at the minimum setting.
The mains light (B) lights up.
NOTE: Before turning on the cooking
zone, place the full pan on it. Otherwise the
indicator light (B) fl ashes until the pan is
placed on the corresponding zone correctly.
Use only the accessories recommended by
the Manufacturer.
Turn the knob (A) to one of the other posi-

tions, to adjust the cooking zone power to the
level required.
NOTE: This appliance heats to the set
temperature very quickly, therefore the cook-
ing zone power should be set appropriately.
Turn off
Turn the knob (A) to setting 2 to switch off the

heating plate. The mains indicator light (B)
goes off .
Turn off the automatic switch-disconnector of
2)
the appliance to disconnect it from the elec-
trical mains.
In case of lengthy downtimes, as well as dis-
connecting all supply lines it is also essential
to clean all internal and external parts of the
appliance and the surrounding environment
thoroughly, complying with the Manufacturer's
instructions and the relevant applicable laws.
If the appliance is left inactive for a lengthy pe-
riod, proceed as follows.
Cut off the mains power supply using the ap-

pliance master switch-disconnector.

Clean the appliance and the surrounding ar-

Spread a fi lm of edible oil over the stainless

Carry out all the servicing procedures.

Cover the appliance and leave a few gaps to
