To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn off the equipment and allow it to cool.

Turn off the switch-disconnector to cut off the

power supply.
Clean the hob thoroughly with a sponge and

normal detergents, rinse with plenty of water
and dry.
WARNING: Do not point water jets
onto the plates when still hot as this can
damage them.
From time to time, after cleaning the plates,

apply a small amount of linseed oil or a similar
product on the cooking surface.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch off the appliance.

Remove the air fi lter, located under the equip-

ment, and clean it with a suitable degreaser.
We recommend washing them in the dish-
washer.
