POSSIBLE CAUSE
The ground coffee has been pres-
sed too firmly.

SOLUTION
Press the coffee less.
Clean the boiler outlet as 'clea-
ning'.
Decrease the quantity.
Use the coffee suitable for espres-
so machines.

ter and rinse all components, see

Always use milk from the refrige-
rator. And try milk with a different
fat content.
Clean the Steam/hot water nozzle.

Increase the quantity of coffee as 7
grams (1 full spoon) per cup .
