PROBLEMS
Some possible problems which may arise while using the lift are listed below. The Manufacturer will not accept any responsibility for damage to
people, animals and objects caused by unauthorised staff using the equipment. In the event of faults, you are advised to contact the technical
service department in good time to receive advice about how to carry out work and/or adjustments in maximum safety conditions, thus avoiding
the risk of damage to people, animals and objects.
Position to 0 and padlock the main switch and/or press the button when operating in an emergency and/or performing maintenance on the lift.
PROBLEMS
Lift does not work at all.
Does not lift.
Descent is extremely slow.
The motor turns over regularly but
lifting does not take place.
The motor turns over regularly but
the rise speed is extremely slow.
The lift cannot lift the nominal
capacity.
The release cylinder do not work.
CAUSES
a) Emergency button pressed
b) Main switch in "0" position.
c) Transformer fuse or general protection fuses
interrupted.
d) Fault in the electric system.
a) The motor does not work.
a) The capacity adjusting valve does not work
properly.
a) Descent pneumatic valve stuck open.
b) Pump suction filter clogged.
a) Descent pneumatic valve partially open.
b) Pump suction filter partially clogged.
c) Pump worn or damaged.
a) Faulty calibration valve.
b) Pump worn or damaged.
a) Release cylinder gasket worn or damaged.

a) Release the emergency button
b) Turn switch to position "I".
c) Replace the interrupted fuses. If it breaks again,
identify the cause.
d) Check efficiency, connections and components
(pressure switch, remote control, heat detector,
transformer).
