Resolution
Restart the Inverter/Charger.
Check if L/N cables are not
connected in reverse on all
Inverter/Chargers.
Notes:
• For single-phase parallel
configurations, make sure the
sharing cables are connected
on all inverters.
• For 3-phase system
configurations, make sure
the sharing cables are
connected on the Inverter/
Chargers in the same phase
and disconnected in the
Inverter/Chargers on different
phases.
Update firmware of all
Inverter/Chargers connected
in the application. If the
problem persists, contact
customer support.
