8. Pull the end of the
lower connector strap
to remove slack.
9. Close the ClickTight
over the lower anchor
strap.
10. Ensure
both gray
ClickTight release
buttons are visible.
NOTE: If it is difficult to
close you may have
removed too much
slack.
Rear-Facing Installation with Lower Connectors
NOTE: Do NOT install by this method for a child
weighing more than 35 lb (15.8 kg).
Without Stability Bar
9 Recline indicator is still within the correct section for
rear-facing, after child is secured.
9 Child restraint cannot be moved front to back or
side to side more than 1" (2.5 cm) at the belt path.
9 Lower connectors are routed through ClickTight.
9 Car seat base MUST be flat on vehicle seat and
MUST be parallel to vehicle seat.
NOTE: If the child restraint does not meet the above
criteria, repeat the installation steps or use a different
seating location in your vehicle.
