7.5.2 Activating Individual Applications From QAPP Package
Procedure
Press the desired application.

A display opens containing details about the selected application.

Press the [License] button.

The input field for the license key appears.

If an additional cost is associated with the application: Enter the license

key in the entry field and press the [OK] button.
If no additional cost is associated with the application: Press the [OK]
t
button.
7.6 Switching Off the isoCAL Function
If the isoCAL function is switched off for a conformity-assessed device: The
device can only be used in restricted temperature ranges for legal-for-trade
applications (see Chapter "15.3 Ambient Conditions", page 80). The
isoCAL function cannot be switched off for all model versions.
Procedure
In the "Settings / Device Settings / Safe Weighing / isoCAL Execution

Mode" menu, for the "isoCAL function" parameter, select the "Off"
configuration value.
7.7 Activating, Deactivating or Configuring
the Ionizer
Requirements
The application for use of the ionizer is activated.
Procedure
NOTICE Risk of damage to the power supply unit from argon! Observe

the instructions for using argon (see Chapter "15.7 Ionizer when Using
Device in an Isolator with Protective Argon Atmosphere", page 82).
To deactivate the ionizer: In the menu "Settings" / "Device
t
Settings" / "Ionizer Activation", select the setting "OFF"
To activate the ionizer: In the menu "Settings" / "Device
t
Settings" / "Ionizer", set the desired intensity and duty cycle of the
ionization process.
Exit the settings menu.
t
The [Ionizer] button appears in the operating display.
