8.2 DISPOSAL
INFORMATION
Dispose of instrument components in accordance with the regulations of the country
of demolition.
The instrument consists mainly of the following materials:

IRON
STEEL
ELECTRICAL
COMPONENTS
INFORMATION
The instrument does not contain any dangerous components or substances that
require special removal procedures.
Components marked with the symbol shown here must be collected separately from
other waste, in accordance with the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU.
To dispose of the instrument, proceed as described below:
STEP ACTION
1 Prepare a suitable area for the disassembly of instrument components.
2 Mark off the work area to prevent access by unauthorised personnel.
Unplug the power plug from the socket it is connected to.

4 Proceed to disassemble the instrument.
5 Sort machine components for separate disposal.
