GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The open burner range, referred to from now on as
the appliance, is designed and constructed for pre-
paring and cooking foods in the professional cater-
ing sector.
The appliance has two working sides, allowing
room-centre installation.

The installer must select the plate (A) and apply
it alongside the nameplate relating to the country
of use, and must mark the relative appliance
class (Type A = standard fume exhaust vent -
Type B11 = tall fume exhaust vent).
If the appliance is to be used with the same type of
gas as used by the manufacturer for testing, the in-
staller has to remove the plate (C) and apply the in-
dicator (b
)against the data of the gas for use on

the nameplate.
When requesting service, state the data pro-
vide on the nameplate and provide a descrip-
tion of the fault.
The controls are installed on both sides, for more
convenient use of the appliance.
The appliance is produced in several versions to
meet varying user requirements (see diagram).
