Turning off
Turn the knob clockwise (pos. 3) to turn the

burner off . The pilot light will remain on to
allow the burner to be re-lit.
Turn the knob clockwise (pos. 4) to turn off

the pilot light.
Turn off the tap to ensure safety.

Switching on
IMPORTANT: At fi rst switch-on, pre-
heat as appropriate.
Open the gas supply tap.

Press the knob (B) and turn it anti-clockwise

(pos. 1), while keeping button (A) pressed, to
light the pilot light.
Keep the knob pressed for about 15 sec. to

prime the thermocouple. The pilot light can
also be lit by hand through the hatch (F).
Turn the knob anti-clockwise (pos. 2) to be-

tween the minimum and maximum tem-
perature and wait for the warm-up time be-
fore using the oven vedi tabella (see table).
