3:2:1 Charging by battery
To insert the 3 AA batteries into the battery
compartment (B:1) open the charging case by
lifting up on the latch (B:7). Gently open the
battery compartment door inside the charging
case. Insert the batteries making sure the (+)(-)
poles are aligned according to the diagram on
the charging case. Close the battery compart-

Locate and line up the charging contacts on
both the earplugs (A:3) and charging receptacle
inside the case (B:4). Insert the narrow end of
the earplug first (Figure C:1), then gently rock
and snap it into the receptacle (Figure C:2).
Repeat for second earplug.
Important! Make sure the charging contacts
(A:3) on the earplug are pointed down so
contact is made with the charging points in the
receptacle.
Push the test/status button (B:3) to make sure a
good connection is made between the earplugs
and the charging points in the receptacle and
observe the indicator light (B:5) and (Figure D).
3:2:2 Charging via Micro B USB port
To charge the earplugs (not the AA batteries)
using the Micro B USB Port (B:6), connect a
standard Micro B USB cable (not included)
into a power source. Plug the Micro B end of
the USB cable into the charging case and the
other into a USB power source. The charger will
automatically detect the USB connection and
draw power from it instead of the AA batteries.
Push the test/status button (B:3) to make sure a
good connection is made between the earplugs
and the charging points in the receptacle.
Observe the indicator light (B:5) to ensure the
earplugs are charging (Figure D).
3:2:3 Removing the earplugs from the
charging unit
To remove the earplugs from the charging unit,
gently lift up on the earplug while holding on to
the charging case.

Note! Due to battery constraints, the charging
case is designed to prevent charging in tem-

3:3 Power On
Press and hold the Power/Volume button (A:1)
for two seconds. You may release the button
