5.5 Installing the multifunctional display on the wall
1. Screw the multifunctional display onto the positioner as shown in the illustra-
tion.

2. You have the following options for continuing:
► Place the multifunctional display on a horizontal, non-slip surface
► Install the multifunctional display on the wall
3. Connect the multifunctional display to the weighing scale

NOTE
The supplied wall plugs are intended for mounting on solid walls. Spe-
cial wall plugs may be required for other wall types.
► Note the length of the display cable before determining the height
of the installation point.
1. Screw the multifunctional display to the positioner.
2. Mark the drill holes at the required height.
3. Drill the holes (Ø 5 mm, approx. 35 mm deep).
4. Insert the wall plugs into the drill holes.
5. Insert the supplied screws into the wall plugs.
6. Tighten the screws until the screw shank protrudes approx. 10 mm out of
the wall (see illustration).
