In order to maintain optimum quality o the rozen ood, reorganise
the ood that is in the middle o the reezer, so that it does not touch
the products that are not yet rozen.

It is recommended that you move the already rozen products to one
side and place the resh products that are to be rozen on the oppo-
site side, as close to the rear and side walls as possible.

To reezing products, use space marked

Bear in mind that the temperature in the reezer is aected by sev-
eral actors, including the ambient temperature and the quantity o
ood products in the chamber, the requency o opening the door, the
amount o rost in the reezer, and the thermostat setting.

I you cannot open the reezer door immediately ater closing it, al-
low 1-2 minutes or the negative pressure to compensate, and try
again to open the door.
The storage time or rozen products depends on their quality beore
reezing when resh, and on the storage temperature. The ollowing stor-
age periods are recommended when the temperature o -18°C or lower
is maintained:

Do not store rozen ood in rapid cooling chamber. Ice cubes can be pre-
pared and stored in this chamber.
