Avoid running at a low speed on a continuous
basis
When the engine continues to run at a low speed
(light load), it will cause excessive wear and tear of
the parts, resulting in poor coordination. As long as
it does not exceed the recommended maximum
speed limit, it can be hung into each gear to acceler-
ate the engine, but during the running-in period, it
can not be added to the maximum throttle.
The following table lists the maximum speed during
engine running-in
Initial 800 km
Below 5000rpm per minute
Reach 1500 km
Below 7500rpm per minute
More than 1500 km
Below 9000rpm per minute
Cycle the oil before riding
Before starting and starting at high temperature and
low temperature after operation, the engine should
have sufficient idle running time so that the oil flows
to all lubricating parts.
Routine first maintenance inspection
The maintenance of 1000km is the most important
maintenance work of motorcycle. all adjustments
should be done well, all fasteners should be tight-
ened, and the dirty oil should be replaced. Timely
1000km maintenance will ensure long service life
and good performance of the engine.
Caution
1000km Maintenance shall be carried out as
described in the section "Inspection and repair".
Special attention should be paid to "caution" and
"warning" in the section "Inspection and mainte-
nance".
Initial running-in to 1000km, please entrust distribu-
tor maintenance department to replace oil filter,
change oil, clean filter net, etc. (follow-up mainte-
nance mileage requirements according to "mainte-
nance odometer" implementation). At the same
time, the oil level should be checked on a regular
basis. If you need to add it, you should add a special
oil or the engine oil specified in this specification.
