OVERSCAN
(HDMI only)
– AUTO: Automated adjustment of the picture for-
mat to the input signal
– OVERSCAN: Format for playing back videos (Over-
scan)
– PC: Format for playing back PC signals (1:1 repro-
duction).
BACKLIGHT
Here you can regulate the brightness value of the back-
ground lighting (on a scale of 0 - 100).

SOUND MODE
Select the audio mode: STANDARD, MOVIE, MUSIC,
SPORTS, PERSONAL. This function corresponds to the
S . M O D E button.
TREBLE
Increase or decrease the low frequencies (on a scale of
0 – 100).
BASS
Increase or decrease the high frequencies (on a scale of
0 – 100).
BALANCE
Set the balance between the left and right speakers.
AUTO VOLUME LEVEL
The AVL (Automatic Volume Limiting) function compen-
sates for the various volumes of the different channels.
Set to OFF to return to the original volume settings. Set to
ON to hear a constant volume.
SPDIF MODE
Set the SPDIF mode.
AD SWITCH
Activate/deactivate audio description and set the volume.
Only available in DTV mode. Support for this function is
dependent on the programme.

You can set the time zone here.
This option is only available in DTV mode.
SLEEP TIMER
Select a time after which the device will switch off auto-
matically.
Select OFF to deactivate the function.
AUTO STANDBY
Set a time here after which the LCD TV will switch off auto-
matically if no operations are carried out on the operating
panel or the remote control within the defined period of
time.
This function serves to protect the environment.
OSD TIMER
Here you can set the time after which the OSD menu auto-
matically closes.
