Installation and wiring
Before installing
Electrical connection of the control device
Electrical installation must only be carried out by professional staff (qualified electrical
technician).
Electrical diagram
The electrical diagram of the control device is located in the panel. Check all
connections if the installation is carried out by others.
1. Turn off mains voltage at the source (power mains).
2. Remove the enclosure lid.
3. Connect the device to the power mains as shown in the electrical diagram in
the panel.
4. Connect the motor to the control device.
5. Tighten all screw of the terminals.
6. Replace the enclosure lid.
7. Turn on mains voltage at the source (power mains).
Operation of the control device
Nominal operation
The panel is equipped with an ON/OFF switch to facilitate ease of use. The switch can
be used to switch the pump/motor on and off. The panel also equipped with an overload
protection. This protection is not an automatically self-resetting protection and thus
requires manual restoration.
Ensure that the control panel fully meets the motor speci-
fications. Avoid mounting the equipment in direct sunlight,
near open flames or in the line of pressurized water or other
liquids.
Life-threatening voltage! Make sure that nobody can switch
on the power unexpectedly while work is being carried out
(voltage).
Strictly avoid multiple earthing. Strictly comply with the local
electrical installation safety regulations and standards for
borehole installations.
