The catalytic converter contains precious metals,
which can purify harmful substances (including car-
bon monoxide, hydrocarbons, NOx, etc.) in motor-
cycle exhaust.
Since the catalytic converter is very important, a
faulty catalytic converter may pollute the air and
damage your engine performance. Please remem-
ber to use genuine parts or entrust the QJMOTOR
Service Center with the replacement if necessary.
Notice
The catalytic converter is located in a high-tem-
perature area. Please do not touch it.
Carbon canister
This model is equipped with a motorcycle fuel evap-
oration control device: a carbon canister.
The carbon canister, located behind the engine and
in front of the rear shock absorber, is filled with acti-
vated carbon particles that can adsorb vapor, inhib-
iting excess fuel vapor from volatilizing into the
atmosphere, thus achieving fuel saving and envi-
ronmental protection.
If gasoline overflows into the carbon canister and other
parts and components, clean or replace the canister
as soon as possible at the QJMOTOR Service Center,
because excessive gasoline entering the canister will
cause the activated carbon to fail prematurely.
Installation and removal of radiator water hose
clamp
After removing the radiator
clam p, on ly use a sp ecial
clamp wrench 1 to reinstall the
clamp 2. Otherwise, the clamp
cannot be installed in place,
causing coolant overflowing and resulting in motorcy-
cle fault or personal injury.
After the clamp is removed, the old disposable clamp
cannot be reused. The plate-type clamp can be reused.
Fuel injector and fuel circuit
The fuel pump 1 is provided
with one interface. The fuel
enters the injector 2 from one
of the interfaces of the pump.
Finally, the fuel is injected into
the engine intake pipe.
