Adjustment of throttle cable
1.Check whether the throttle control handle rotates
smoothly from the fully open position to the fully
closed position at the left and right full steering
positions.
2.Measure the free travel of the throttle control grip
at its flange. The standard free travel should be 10°
to 15°.
The vehicle is equipped with
the throttle cable of double-wire
structure, the throttle cable
the throttle line, and the throttle
cable is the throttle return
B
line. Please follow the steps
below to adjust the free travel
of the throttle grip:
(1) Remove the throttle cable dust boot
(2) Loosen the lock nut ③

(3) Fully screw in the adjusting nut ④
(4) Loosen locknut ①
(5) Turn the adjusting nut ② so that the free stroke of
the throttle control handle is 10° ~ 15°.
(6) Tighten locknut ①
(7) Adjust the nut ④ to make the throttle handle
rotate flexibly.
(8) Tighten the lock nut ③
Adjustment of clutch
The free travel of the clutch shall be 10 ~ 20mm
before the clutch starts to loosen, subject to the end
position of the clutch handle. If any abnormality is
found, adjust the handle end of the clutch cable as
follows:
(1) Remove the clutch cable dust boot.
(2) Loosen the lock nut ①.
