Please adjust the chain as
follows:
(1) Support the motorcycle
with a support frame.
(2) Loosen the two rear
swing arm locking
bolts ①.
(3) Rotate the rear tire until you see the two adjusting
holes ② on the cam.
(4) Insert the screwdriver or special tool ③ into the
two adjusting holes, and adjust the looseness of
the chain by turning the tool ③ clockwise or
counterclockwise with the help of the sleeve and
other tools. After the looseness of the chain is
adjusted to 28 ~ 35mm, re-fix the locking bolt of
the rear swing arm for final inspection.
Cleaning and lubrication of the drive chain
Clean the chain with a dry cloth and motorcycle
chain cleaner. Clean the dirt on the chain with a soft
brush. After cleaning, dry and fully lubricate the
chain with a special lubricant for chains.
Brake
The front and rear wheels of this vehicle are
equipped with wheel disc brakes. Correct braking
operation is very important for safe riding. Remem-
ber to check the brake system regularly, and this
inspection should be carried out by a qualified
service organization.
Adjustment of brake
(1) The free travel of the front brake handle end shall
be 10 to 20mm.
(2) Measure the distance that the rear brake pedal
moves when the brakes begin to apply. Free
stroke H shall be 5 ~ 15mm.
Do these steps to adjust the free travel of the rear
brake pedal:
(1) Loosen the nut ①.
