CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PREFABRICATED
The prefabricated ceilings are built with the following materials:
-3 mm thick methyl plexiglass sheet in opaque white or blue if a starry sky is
desired.
-Inner structure in 10 micron anodized aluminum frames
-A layer of polyester resin with a 2 mm fiberglass blanket
-Modular reinforcement with phenolic adhesive-based laminated boards

-2 layer of polyester resin with a 2 mm fiberglass blanket
-Modular anodized aluminum carrier profiles lacquered white.

ADVANTAGES OF A PREFABRICATED CEILING
Plexiglass is a non-porous, non –absorvent acrylic material and it is quite
appropriate for the manufacture of steam booth ceilings, as the water
steam, when condensing in it, slides perfectly to the side walls, thus
avoiding an unpleasant drip over the user. As the material is not porous at
all, it prevents the proliferation of fungus and bacteria. Easy to clean and
disinfect.
ASSEMBLY OF PREFABRICATED CEILING
1. Attach the 40x20mm carrier profiles to t he side walls, perfectly leveled,
with stai nless steel wall pl ugs and screws. Said profiles a re la beled rig ht,
left, rear and exterior. To place the profiles, stand in front of the booth.
2. Attach the cu rved profiles so that th e center rega tta coin cides with th e
straight profile regatta.
3. Once the profiles are attached, seal the joints with silicon.
4. After finishing these steps, find the ceiling modules marked ceiling 1 and
ceiling 2. T hese shall be inserted in to the profiles, interl ocking them
according to the numbers marked so that the numbe ring coincides with the
numbering on the plans provided with the ceiling.
It is difficult to unde rstand the ceiling assembly with the instructions above,
so we have provided graphical representations for easier assembly.
