Hot water comes out of the steam tip and very little or
not steam in the bath
Cause: A small water bag has formed in the steam tube.
Measure to take: Eliminate the water bag.
Cause: A large part of the steam tube is not isolated.
Measure to take: Insulate the steam tube.
Hot water continuously comes out of the steam
generator drain pipe.
Cause: The automatic magnetic drain valve is blocked in an open position.
Measure to takeCheck that the number 0 luminous indicator (out) is turned
off. If water continues coming out of the drain valve, take it apart, clean the
automatic drain valve or replace it.
Cause: The level swith has broken down. Check if the indicator Number3
(in) is turned off and if water continues coming out of the tip, replace the
level switch.
You can hear violent knocks in the water input pipe when
the magnetic valve opens or closes.
Cause: The ater input pipe or pipes to the generator are not properly fixed
to the wall.
Measure to take: Fix the pipe correctly with clasps.
The security valve opens or the security thermostat
shoots up.
Cause:. The inner diameter of the steam pipe is too small due to the excess
of lime in the water.
Measure to take: Change the pipe or joint causing the diameter reduction
(the inner diameter should be a minimum of 12 mm).
Cause: The steam pipe shows various pronunced elbows.
Measure to take: Correct the elbows so they are slightly curved (minimum
50 mm radius).
Cause: A large water bag has formed in the steam pipe.
Measure to take: Adjust the pipe to eliminate the water bag..
Cause: The generator tank contains a large accumulation of lime.
Measure to take: Disassemble the generator reboiler and clean with a scale
remover.
The bath light does not turn on.
Cause: Blown fuse.
Measure to take: Locate it in the control panel and replace it with another of
the same type.
Cause: Blown light bulb.
Measure to take: Replace it with a 24v 70W bulb. Never change the voltage or
intensity.
Cause: Broken transformer.
Measure to take: Replace it with another of the same characteristics..
STEAM BATH RULES FOR USE
To enter a steam bath, the ideal clothing is a swimsuit or enter naked, without
towels or other elements that could be affected by the water such as non water-
proof watches, radios, etc.
Normally in a bath of this type, no other complementary activity is undertaken
such as reading a book or a newspaper as these elements would be affected by
the humidity level.
The way to act is similar to how you would in a sauna, although the session
times can be longer as it is softer and its effects are also softer.
The correct way to take a steam bath:
1 – Shower before entering the bath.
2 – Remain in the bath 10 to 20 minutes for the first session, although it will
depend on each person and each state of the person. Do not force staying. The
time to stay is relative for each person and each moment and you should leave
the bath as soon as you feel the need.
3 – Leave and shower at room temperature..
4 – Return to the bath and repeat step 2-.
