7. A harness that is not properly tightened can be
dangerous. Check the harness adjustment and
tighten whenever you put your child in the child
safety seat.

8. Place the child on the seat (5.5).
9. Check the height of the shoulder straps. For
correct position, the shoulders straps must be
thread through the slots in the cover and seat
shell that are closest to the top of your child´s
shoulders (5.6).
10. Adjust the height of the harness, by pressing
the harness adjustment button and pulling the
harness straps
(5.2).
11. Then, unhook the harness connector straps
at the back of the seat and pull the loose strap
towards the front of the seat (5.7).
12. Insert the harness strap into the appropriate slot
(J) that best fits the child's height (5.8 & 5.9).
13. Reinsert the harness straps in the harness
connector
