 Assembly Instructions
Caution
 Do not over-inflate the tires of this unit. During inflation regularly check the pressure using a
reliable tire pressure gauge, and never exceed 30 psi.
Handle Assembly
Install Handle to the base, depress the buttons, and slide the handle assembly onto the base until locked.
Caution
 Do not place hands between handle and base when assembling to prevent pinching.
