 When cleaning a motorcycle, do not spray the straight jet to an oil seal of the axles, suspensions, etc.,
because high-pressure water enters easily through to the seal. Apply flat jet and wash these areas by
keeping some distance from the cleaning target and also avoid the oil seal.
 Do not wash small or light objects directly, because it may be blown out by the water jet pressure and
reaction, which can cause damage or accidents. Put in a basket or fix the target before cleaning.
 Fine droplets of cleaning water, sand particles, etc., will scatter during working. Be sure to wear protective
goggles and protective mask.
 Do not spray the straight jet to the high-pressure hose. The hose may be damaged.
 Do not step on the high-pressure hose or run it over with a vehicle. The hose may be damaged.
 Be careful not to let the high-pressure hose rub or bend against the edges of a block, brick, wall, etc. The
hose may be damaged.
 Do not drop or throw out the spray gun. High-pressure water jet may be released and cause accidents or
serious injuries.

9. How to Use the Spray Nozzle

Caution
 The spray nozzle has different spray patterns. Use an appropriate pattern depending on the
purpose.
Discharge pressure is adjustable by moving the nozzle forward and backward. You can also turn the nozzle at
each pressure setting to adjust the spray pattern continuously between straight and flat.
Straight
jet
Flat jet
High
pressure
Low
pressure
Turn the nozzle counterclockwise to produce a straight jet. Use this pattern
when peeling surface layers, stripping off tree barks or when strong impact
force is required. Bringing the nozzle closer to the cleaning target blindly
does not increase the cleaning power. For most effective cleaning, keep the
nozzle tip from 15 to 20 cm away from the cleaning surface.
Turn the nozzle clockwise to produce a flat jet. Use this pattern when
cleaning cars, tractors, motorcycles, etc.
Pulling the nozzle toward you increases the pressure, while pushing it
forward decreases the pressure again. Use the low-pressure mode to wash
down the particles that have scattered during high-pressure cleaning.
