16. Do not place the appliance or lead
cable near open flames during
operation.
17. Always use the appliance on a
level, uncluttered and heat-resis-
tant surface.
18. Make sure that the lead cable
does not hang over the edge of the
worktop or table, since this can
cause accidents, for example if
small children pull on the cable.
19. Route the lead cable so that it is
prevented from being pulled or
tripped over.
20. Always disconnect the lead cable
from the wall socket pulling on
the plug, never on the cable.
21. Never carry the appliance by the
lead cable.
22. Use the appliance only indoors.
23. To prevent injuries, do not move
the appliance as long as it is in
operation.

accessories of other manufactur-
ers or brands, to prevent damage.

Before assembling the appliance
remove all packing materials.

Check if all parts are complete.
3.
Wipe the removable parts with a
damp cloth or clean it in warm
soapy water. Dry the parts care-
fully.

uSe of the aPPlianCe

The Chocolate Maker is ideal for
melting chocolate and for tempe-
ring chocolate coatings of all kind
for a variety of applications.

Fill the melting pan with approx.
100 g of coarsely chopped choco-
late coating or chocolate. Place
the melting pan into the base ele-
ment.
3.
For melting chocolate coating we
recommend to use level II, for

to cleaning. Never leave the appli-
ance unattended when it is con-
nected to the wall socket.

cleaning it.
