uSe of the aPPlianCe

1. The Chocolate Maker is ideal for
melting chocolate and for tempe-
ring chocolate coatings of all kind
for a variety of applications.
2. Fill the melting pan with approx.
100 g of coarsely chopped choco-
late coating or chocolate. Place
the melting pan into the base ele-
ment.
3. For melting chocolate coating we
recommend to use level II, for
