Caution: The knife blade is very sharp – danger
of injury! Misuse of the knife blade can sever
extremities – the fingers are especially at
risk. Hold the knife blade only by the finger
guard!
Never leave the appliance unattended when
it is ready for use. We recommend that you
always remove the blade immediately after
use and stow it away safely.
The manufacturer will not be liable in the event of incorrect assembly, improper or incorrect
use or if repairs are carried out by unauthorized third parties.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Remove all packaging materials and any transport guards and
stickers (not the type plate!). Keep packaging materials out of the
reach of children – danger of suffocation!
2. Check to ensure that all parts are present. If parts are missing
or defective, contact your retailer or our customer service
department.
3. Clean all parts thoroughly as described in the section "Cleaning
and care".
4. Charge the appliance as described in the section "Charging".

CHARGING

1. Before first use, fully charge the appliance, as it is only partially
charged at the time of delivery.
2. Make sure that the appliance is switched off.
3. Remove the knife blade before charging.
4. Plug the AC adapter of the charging cable into a suitable
electrical outlet.
5. Connect the coaxial connector of the charging cable to the socket
on the knife housing.
