11 Position the cold-wire feeder (12) and tighten the knurled screw (11).

6.5 Connecting the cable assembly

CAUTION
Mechanical hazard
A loose torch body can result in a mechanical hazard.
• Check that the torch body and cable assembly are firmly attached.
6.6 Attaching the connector to the device
1 Join the welding cable plug and socket at the power source and lock them.
2 Connect the emergency stop cable, pilot power source and power source.

• Install the wire guide up to the torch without any gaps to avoid possible faults and errors.
