The primary value is always the measured value.
The secondary value, if not available, is filled with 0xFF.
The tertiary value, if not available, is filled with 0xFF.

Process data controller block

The data block for the analyzer is similar to the data block for devices.
The structure of the analyzer data block is independent of the number of
connected devices:
