directive, we encourage our customers to recycle this product whenever possible. Disposal
of this unit must be performed in accordance with the applicable local environmental
regulations.

Please contact customer service to issue a return authorization to return product to
manufacturer at the end of product life.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The power indicator (refer to
4.1) is not lit.
The power indicator is lit, but

Solution
A. Check that the AC power cord is properly connected.
B. Check the circuit breakers. If necessary, reset.
C. Power input switch is in the off position
A. Check to make sure lamp cartridge is seated properly.
B. Check that the lamp door is secured.
C. Check hour meter; if lamp hours exceed the rated lamp life,
replace the lamp (refer to 8.1).
