Troubleshooting
• Check cable/plug/board and replace if necessary.*
• Reload software.*
• Check plug, cables, boards and replace if neces-
sary.*

• Check roller wheel, must rotate.
• Check motor connection cable.*
• Replace motor.*
• Check plug, cables, boards and replace if neces-

• Turn the device off and back on after approx. 10
seconds have expired.
If the error message is displayed again, the device
may not be used any longer. Make sure the device
can no longer be operated until a qualified service
technician conducts the appropriate tests and
repairs.
Troubleshooting
• Insert tubing correctly.
• Realign pump head with reference centering block.
• Reduce pressure. The pump starts automatically
with the preset values once the pressure has been
reduced below the critical threshold value.
• Remove tubing from pump head. Restart the device
without inserted disposable tubing.
