Error detection / troubleshooting
All data are saved after 2 min.
Reader Unit switches off automati-
cally. Original plug-in power unit.
Reader Unit switches off automati-
cally after 20 seconds. Connect the
original plug-in power unit.
Backlight switches off after 3 sec-
onds. Connect the original plug-in
power unit. No interruption to ongo-
ing measurements.
Deactivate and reactivate device.
If the error persists, contact Tech-
nical Service.
Connect antenna: measure-
ment starts again - or - Connect
antenna: measurement continues.
Measurement resumes auto-
matically once communication is
restored.
Insert SD card. Start measurement
again.
File cannot be opened. Try again.
Release the key.
Measurement continues. If the
error persists, contact Technical
Service.
Reader Unit switches off automati-
cally after 20 seconds. Use original
plug-in power unit.
Insert the matching M.scio SD card
into the Reader Unit. The implant
(see patient data card) is associ-
ated with the respective SD card
via the identification number (ID).
