2.7 - GENERAL DATA PLATE AND TYPE OF GAS

On the right lateral side of the oven is positioned a plate
summarizing the characteristics of the oven:
1) Model;
2) Serial number;
3) Voltage;
4) Power;
5) Consumption m / h;

6) Consumption Kg / h;
7) Country of oven destination;
8) Gas oven prepared for use;
9) Exhaust fuel gas
as well as the address of the Manufacturer company .
The installer must provide after installation updating of
characteristics nameplate, with a permanent marker he
must tick the box for the type of installation.
The model, serial number and voltage will always
appear on maintenance orders or request for spare
parts.
All operations described in this chapter shall be car-
ried out by skilled and authorized technicians, only.
