CAUSES
•
It is caused by losses in the cir-
cuit of piping.
•
Can be caused by obstructions
in the circuit of hot smoke.
•
Can be caused by obstruction
of the stack or from heights and
sections not proportionate to the
oven.
•
Check that the pilot flame is
enough to heat the thermocou-
ple.
•
This happens when the burner
flames are too high, too low or
yellow.
•
Ceramic plates are not adjacent
or broken.
•
This can be caused by the pres-
ence of air in the gas circuit,
especially after a period of inac-
tivity.
RIMEDIES
•
You must check the hoses (external) with
special products (soap) and not directly
with the flame (fire or explosion especially
with GPL).
•
Check that the flue is not obstructed and
that the section and height of the same
are suitable for the oven.
•
Check that the gas consumption is not
excessive.
•
Check the condition of the combustion.
•
Check that the oven is not operating at low
temperature.
•
Check the regularity of the burner flames.
•
If necessary, adjust the scope of the pilot
burner.
•
Ensure that the solenoid valve is working.
•
In the first two cases, control the gas pres-
sure (the outlet pressure of the ramp) and
the diameter of the nozzles.
•
In the third case verify the cleanliness of
the platelets (which did not have clogged
the holes) of the burners and internal
cleaning.
•
Turn off the gas supply and provide the
correct placement or replacement of bro-
ken plates.
•
If the gas does not arrive, check that the
nozzle hole is not blocked. Incorrect po-
sitioning of the electrode.
•
Check the gas pressure.
•
Make sure the burner ignition is not too
far from the main burners and the ignition
flame is not too low.
•
Check the main switch; the control ther-
mostat and safety thermostat, they must
be attached and functioning.
•
Make sure there is power and verify that
there is continuity in the coil of the sole-
noid.
•
Check for electrical connection.
•
Check that the main switch is plugged
