5.1 - OVEN CONTROL PANEL (Fig. 1)
1. Line switch 0/I
Pressed to "I", lights and puts power to the oven.
Pressed to "0" turns off and cut the power to the oven.

2. Light switch

Pressed it switches on or off the light inside the oven.
3. Piezoelectric switch
Pressed in conjunction with the opening of the gas
allows the ignition of the pilot flame.
4. Manual thermo regulator
With this controller you can set the temperature inside
the oven.
5. Gas tap for ceiling burners
Turned to "O"
Tap off - no gas supply.
Turned to " " .
A pilot ignition position, in this position, press the tap
and hold it while pressing the switch (3), release the
switch (3) and the tap (5) when the pilot light is on.
Turned to " "
Position of maximum gas supply
Turned to " "
Position of minimum gas supply.
6. Gas tap for bedplate burners
Turned to "O"
Tap off - no gas supply.
Turned to " "
A pilot ignition position, in this position, press the tap
