Remove the lifted hopper locking pins (9, Fig. F) from the housings (10), and place them into the holes (11).
6.
Clean the hydraulic system oil cooler fins (16, Fig. F) with compressed air (maximum 87 psi (6 Bar)). If necessary, point the
7.
compressed air in the opposite direction of the cooling air.
Inside the radiator (16, Fig. F), check that the fan turns freely.
8.
9.
Perform steps 3 to 6 in the reverse order.

BATTERY FLUID LEVEL CHECK

WARNING!
Protect body parts (eyes, hair, hands, etc.) properly, when performing battery check and cleaning procedures.
Engage the parking brake (7, Fig. E).
1.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (17, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
2.
3.
Remove the screws and the left panel (19, Fig. E) in the cab.
Check the electrolyte level in the battery (18, Fig. E) and, if necessary, top up with distilled water.
4.
5.
If necessary, clean the battery.
Check the battery terminal connections for oxidation.
6.
7.
Install the left panel (19, Fig. E) in the cab and tighten the screws.

BRAKE FLUID LEVEL CHECK

Engage the parking brake (7, Fig. E).
1.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (17, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
2.
Open the right panel door (16, Fig. G) by releasing the fasteners (17) with the supplied key.
3.
Check that the level of the oil in the tank (15, Fig. F) is approximately at 0.4 in (1 cm) from the filler neck. If necessary, top up

Type of fluid used: DOT4.
Close the right panel door (16, Fig. G) by engaging the fasteners (17) with the supplied key.
5.

REVERSE GEAR BUZZER OPERATION CHECK

Check that, when the machine moves in reverse, the relevant buzzer sounds.
1.
If necessary, adjust the relevant sensor according to the instructions in the Service Manual.

TIRE PRESSURE CHECK

Engage the parking brake (7, Fig. E).
1.
Turn off the engine, by turning the ignition key (17, Fig. D) counterclockwise, to the end of stroke, then remove it.
2.
3.
The tire pressure should be as follows:
Front tires:
54 psi (3.75 Bar)
Rear tires:
54 psi (3.75 Bar)
WARNING!
Please respect the recommended tire pressure as stated in the relevant labels.
The manufacturer rating is based on standard drive speed and standard load rating, different from the actual
machine application. Operating the machine with tire pressure below specification can increase chance of
instability.
