TROUBLESHOOTING

The following table shows the most common problems that may arise when using the machine, the possible causes and the
suggested remedies to solve them.
NOTE
The sweeper is equipped with 3 "minitest" plugs (1, 2 and 3, Fig. AN) to measure the hydraulic pressure on the
component.

The suggested remedies must be performed by qualified personnel, according to the instructions shown in this
Manual, if present, otherwise contact a Nilfisk Service Center, where it is possible to consult the Service Manual.

The brooms do not clean correctly

The suction fan is noisy

Possible cause
The brooms are not adjusted correctly
The broom speed is not correct
