MANUAL FLASH MODE
In manual flash mode
the full energy is radiated

from the flash unit without control unless partial light
output has been set. You can adjust to the photogra-
phy situation by the aperture setting on the camera or
by choosing a suitable manual partial light output, for
example.

Setting the operating mode
1. Switch on the flash unit with the

Various cameras support manual flash mode only in
the camera mode

Manual partial light output stages

In manual flash mode
a partial light output can be

Setting procedure
1. Press thse sensor button for partial light output
on the touch display until the relevant

selection list appears

3. Press selected partial light output
The setting is saved automatically and with
immediate effect.
• The distance display is automatically adjusted
to the partial light output (see p. 60).
