GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE

The cooking plate (fry-top), referred to from now on
as the appliance, is designed and produced for
cooking foods in direct contact with the plate in the
professional catering sector.

Main Parts
A)Cooking plate: produced in a variety of shapes
and materials to meet the different requirements
B)Drain plug: for draining cooking residues into the
drip tray
C)Mains light: indicates that the appliance is re-
ceiving electrical power.
D)Temperature light: indicates that heating of the
cooking plate is in progress.
E)Thermostat light: indicates that safety thermo-
stats have been tripped
F) Heating element control knob: for setting the
heating power.
