reemplazando la unidad láser?
Verificación del usuario
(1) Si el problema no se soluciona después de imprimir unas pocas páginas, la
unidad del cilindro podría tener pegamento de las etiquetas abastecidas sobre la
superficie del cilindro fotosensible. Vea el paso 1 en la siguiente tabla y la
en la página próxima.
(2) La unidad del cilindro podría estar dañada. Instale una nueva unidad.

2 ¿Se resuelve el problema
reemplazando la unidad?
3 ¿Está casi vacío el tóner del
cartucho del tóner?

No Coloque la impresora sobre
una superficie plana.
Sí Retírelo y cuidadosamente
balancee el cartucho del
tóner horizontalmente.
Sí Limpie la ventana del
escáner con una tela suave y
seca.
Sí Reemplace la unidad láser.
Resultado
