You have tool bar options that allow you to pause, stop and adjust and advance forward and backwards.
You can also select the option to change the playback speed.

You can play the video back in full screen by double clicking the video image. You can use the menu
options to return to default size or select other options.

You can also manually size the video by grabbing the right corner of the video box and dragging the box
until it is the size you prefer to view it in.
